• "Service" means Moosky AI's website and AI video generation tools.
• "Credits" are digital tokens you purchase to run video generations.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in compliance with these TOCs.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Credits expire only upon generation or account termination.
• Each generation deducts the specified credits.
• You acknowledge that credit consumption is irreversible except as noted in our Refund Policy.

• No unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these TOCs, at our sole discretion.

We sell credit packages for AI video generations. This policy explains when refunds are allowed.

• No refunds for credits already spent on successful generations.
• If a generation fails to produce any output due to system error, you may request a credit reinstatement.
• Unspent credits are non-refundable due to processing and transaction fees.

To request a refund, email support@moosky.ai within 14 days.

All videos produced by Moosky AI are generated algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies or distortions. You use the generated content at your own risk. We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability.

9.1 Static Content Ownership

All text, images, graphics, and code are owned by Moosky AI or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9.2 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of generated videos.
• You grant Moosky AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and distribute content.

9.3 Use of Copyrighted Materials

• Do not use copyrighted material without permission.
• Ensure proper authorization if using organizational assets.
• You are solely responsible for compliance.

9.4 Likeness and Voice

Users must obtain explicit consent before using an individual's likeness or voice.

• Voice cloning
• Image animation
• Synthetic media generation
• Unauthorized use may lead to suspension and legal consequences.

9.6 Liability Disclaimer

• Service is provided "as-is".
• Users assume full responsibility for misuse.
• You agree to indemnify the platform.

We retain generated content for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.

• Account data is retained as required by law.
• Request early deletion via support@moosky.ai .
• Future plans may include extended retention for subscribers.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Disputes will be handled in Lancaster County courts.
